Day 133
Thoughts: The World's Healthiest Foods
I have created a list of the world's healthiest foods. All of these foods are provided naturally from the earth and are also whole foods complete with all their rich natural endowment of nutrients. They have not been highly processed and absolutely do not contain any additives, chemicals or artifical flavours or colourings. These foods have also been selected because they are among the richest sources of many of the essential nutrients needed for optimal health. Keep these foods in mind when creating an entire meal on The Earth Diet.
