April Day 4

Day 4 on my April Challenge!

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.

This is what my day looked like - Monday April 4th 2011.

Eating Program:
Morning: Glass of water
Next meal: Orange and grapefruit juice
Next meal: 1/2 an avocado
Next meal: Green Salad with avocado and chia seeds. Ingredients: Lettuce, kale, spring onions, garlic, ginger, chilli, chia seeds, avocado and lime yum!
Next meal: chocolate balls and almond butter :)
Next meal: Spaghetti Squash cooked with garlic, olive oil, himalayan salt and salge.
Next meal: A chocolate ball and almond butter.

Exercise Program designed by Trainer Patrick:
Morning: A workout at Big Al's Family Fitness! 25 minutes on the treadmill, 1 minute running as fast as possible and 2 minutes walking, repeating for 25 minutes. 15 minutes of ab and sore work. 10 minutes stretching and sweating in the sauna.
20 minutes walking to and from the gym.
Afternoon: 1 hour walking with a friend Eileen at Babylon Park :)
Night: Stretching and deep breathing. 

Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)

Used coconut oil as body moisturizer and lemon as deodorant. 


Inspiration: To be unaffected by external circumstances.
