Ginger tea :)
Today 2 meals were raw, 2 were cooked ;)

Raw Lemon Bars :)
*My program was created to be majority raw, some cooked foods, incorporating meats and vegan meals, juices, cleansing teas/meals/drinks and desserts. All meals use only ingredients that are provided by the earth naturally.

Exercise Program by Patrick:
1 hour of running outside in the sunshine (woohoo!) and then stretching, yoga, core exercises at home.

Hypnosis Program by Paul Nguyen:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management'

I did a bentonite clay mask for 45 minutes while reading my script for  "Backwater" outside, the sun baking on the clay mask ;) And then took a 13 minute hot espsom salt bath and washed off the bentonite clay so it became a clay bath ;)

Inspiration:
Expectation is a focus with a vibration that permits the receiving of what you're focused upon—and, you expect things, both wanted and unwanted. - Abraham
