Break vicious cycles of eating junk foods:

1. Eat foods that you love and crave with ONE RULE, use earth's natural clean ingredients. For example, eat cake, cookie dough, chocolate, cheesecake, ice cream etc, just make sure they are sugar free, dairy free, soy free, GMO free! 2. Have a juice EVERY SINGLE DAY. It helps. It nourishes your body with instant cellular nutrition and you instantly feel better about yourself. It is comforting to know that you are getting high doses of nutrition.
