Sweet and Stomach-Friendly!

I love the holidays.

I also love chocolate. And ice cream. And brownies. And cookies. Aaaaaand...you get the picture. But I don't love the stomachaches! It's easy to just eat the holiday treats (I'm guilty of that at times, myself) when they're in such abundance and other foods - like my beloved apples and green peas - are comparatively common the rest of the year. But overindulgence isn't too healthy and can be less than comfortable, too. Keeping a balance of sweets and healthy food is best to keep our stomachs happy!

But sometimes that's easier said than done. That's why healthy shortcuts can be really handy at this time of year - like produce-packed Raw Generation juices!

The juices are 100% raw (never heated or pasteurized) to make sure that they're packing an optimal nutrition punch. If you're having trouble getting your veggies in, adding a juice or two to your daily routine is a painless, delicious way to do so!

And the benefits? Better skin, better digestion, more energy, overall improved well-being - the juices may not be the cheapest thing in the world (though skip ahead to the end of the post for an awesome discount!!) but they're well worth the well-being they deliver. I found that adding a few after another busy, produce-lacking and indulgence-heavy week really made me feel better. I need to make these a regular part of my routine!

Some of the best things about these juices are that they arrive frozen (so you can store them in the freezer if you just want to add a juice or two a day to your meals) and they're RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS. They're sweet, but not obnoxiously so, absolutely refreshing - make sure you drink them super cold! - and the combinations of fruits and veggies work amazingly well!

The Jessica juice would convert anyone who's green juice wary or a foe of veggies. I'm convinced it's impossible not to love it.

The Carolyn really knocked my socks off! I went in expecting to hate it.

Seriously - I had the pained just-swallow-fast-and-it'll-be-over face on, complete with scrunched up nose. I am NOT a fan of beets, so beet juice sounded noxious to me, I was convinced I'd end up pouring most of it down the sink.

But Raw Generation has done the impossible. GUYS, THEY MADE ME ENJOY BEETS.

Okay, the apocalypse is clearly well under way. Are we due for another end-of-the-world soon (there were a couple last year, right)?

Anyway, the Carolyn was sweet and delicious and somehow made me enjoy beets - but only in Carolyn form, I have no plan to stock my fridge with beets anytime soon.

The Elizabeth is a refreshing blend of cucumber and pineapple and aloe juice, and the Cecelia is orange, carrot, and ginger juice. Orange is my least favorite fruit juice, but it works well with the carrots and the ginger makes it absolutely delicious!

Raw Generation can apparently do no wrong with juice.

Anyway, check them out on Facebooktwitter, and instagram to keep up to date with their specials!

To sweeten the deal, they're offering 30% off online orders with coupon code LiveLearnEat30.

What is your favorite kind of juice?

Are there any vegetables that you can't stand?
