Knowing your values.

360 days to book launch! Today I had lunch at Organic Avenue, I had a green juice and chocolate cashew ice cream YUM! Dinner I had 2 Earth Diet Chocolate Almond Butter cups and sea weed snacks! Today I ate between events and meetings and started the day with beet juice and green tea. Feeling nourished.

Today I was at the Movers and Shakers event with CEO of Hay House Reid Tracy and Cheryl Richardson. We spoke a lot about our own values. The exercise we did was look at a list of values, and circled the ones that jumped out at us. There were 200 words to choose from. What are your values? And a tip for when choosing your values, pick values that you are NOW, not what you want to be in the future. If you pick the values you are now you will own your powerful platform and foundation.

Reading through the event materials today this quote stuck out to me, and I wanted to share it for people thinking they can't lose weight no matter what they do. Eating good foods is just as important as emotional letting go...and it is a process! I have accepted health is a life long process and I am happy with that.
