Chocolate Peanut Butter Poppers (C4)

4 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 Tablespoon unsweetened coco
2 Tablespoons PB2 [this is what makes it C4--sugar added]
3/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup truvia or 1/2 cup stevia
1/4 cup almond milk
350 degree oven for 9 min in a bite sized mini muffin pan. They will have a sponge cake consistency to them.

Per Popper:
Calories: 31.5
Fat: 0.5 grams
Fiber: 0.2 grams
Protein: 5.4 grams
Carbs/Starch: 1.1 grams
Sugar: 0.4 grams
For the 17 Day Diet, you could have quite a few of these before reaching the carb grams needed to qualify as 1 Natural Starch (1 Natural Starch is basically 15 grams of carbs/starches).
