Frosting (C1)

1/2 scoop vanilla whey powder
3 packets truvia
6 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2t vanilla extract
1Tbsp water (2 if you like it thinner)
I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2t because I was putting it on carrot cake muffins.
This makes a ton of frosting.

The entire recipe is only 1 natural starch, although it is not recommended that you eat the entire batch, as the fat-free cream cheese amount goes beyond "in moderation" which is interpreted as 1 to 2 Tbsps.
