Savory Oatmeal (C2)


Savory Oatmeal (C2)

Wow does this ever look good! I'm trying this out this week!

1/4 cup oats
Chicken broth
Spinach
Eggs

Pour chicken broth over the oats (just enough to cover).

As the oats cook and start to absorb the liquid, keep adding broth until you like how it looks (consistency-wise).

Remember that it will thicken a bit as it cools.

Throw a large handful of spinach on top and put the lid on to wilt the spinach.

Put whatever kind of eggs you like on top. Really very simple but tasty!
