What About: Nuts?

What about nuts?

So many of us really enjoy our nuts -- almonds, walnuts, peanuts; for me, it's brazil nuts!

In the book, nuts are listed as an acceptable replacement for our Friendly Fats.  2 Tbsp replaces 1 Friendly Fat.

In a video Dr. Mike did on this topic, he stated that this replacement could be used in all cycles, not just in Cycle 3.

If you do use the nuts regularly for this and find your loss has stalled or slowed down, try not using them every day.  Nuts can be constipating and that can cause a stall, slower loss or even a gain.
