They're great all by themselves, they're great in trail mix, and they're great as an addition to pretty much anything - a topping for ice cream, a mix-in for cereal, a topping for yogurt, a component of granola, and even (especially in the case of raisins and dates) an unexpected flavor oomph in savory sauces!
SunRidge Farms has natural, organic foods packaged in good sized bags that are perfect for taking on the go!
My absolute favorite of the three was the tropical mango.
They're big, chewy slices of sweet, tangy mango that taste just like candy.
But no added sugar!
Nope, just 100% organic mango - proof that quality ingredients make tasty foods without much alteration.
The dried apricots are also really delicious, though not as sweet as the mango - don't get me wrong, they're still plenty sweet. But the mango is positively saccharine! In a good way.
Just like the mango, it's nothing but organic dried apricots. You can feel really good about this snack!
I recommend pairing with dark chocolate and nuts (of your choice) for an amazing taste bud experience.
The only one of these three with added ingredients was the dried cranberries.
That's pretty typical for cranberries, though, as the fruit isn't very sweet on its own. These cranberries weren't too sweet with the added sugar, however, and they make a fabulous yogurt mess topping.
I like that they use sunflower oil and evaporated cane juice (aka: regular sugar) instead of less healthy, cheaper options like corn syrup. Even where they need to add something, there's a commitment to providing a healthy product that I really value as a consumer.
And they make a fabulous yogurt mess topping!
All of these snacks are very conveniently packaged in zip-top 5oz baggies and I have no complaints about any of them. There were no flavorless or hard fruits in the whole batch and I'd definitely buy these again!
You can keep up with Sunridge Farms on Facebook and buy their healthy snacks (for quite reasonable prices) online.
