Van's Natural Foods New Products Review + Giveaway

We all know Van's Natural Foods for their whole grain freezer section eats. From frozen waffles to frozen French Toast Sticks, they have all sorts of healthy eats for us to enjoy at breakfast time or any other time of the day!

So I was super excited when I found out that Van's launched a line of new non-frozen foods in the new year!

There are two tasty whole grain cereals, Cinnamon Heaven and Honey Nut Crunch.

Both are gluten-free, made with Van's gluten free whole grain blend as the first ingredient. That's oat, brown rice, millet, quinoa, and amaranth flours!

There's a whopping 20% of your dietary fiber RDI in each tasty 3/4 cup serving!

Both varieties are delicious, just sweet enough but not too sweet. There's 7g of sugar in the honey nut variety and 8g of sugar in the cinnamon variety, so you don't have to worry about a mid-morning energy crash.

The cereals are great, but we all know the real way to my heart.

BARS!!!

Van's now has three varieties of whole grain, all-natural, gluten-free snack bars.

They're great for snacking, as a lunchbox addition, or as part of a healthy breakfast. They provide healthy whole grains and plentiful nutrients to fuel your day and activities!

They're also delicious and sweet, with rich almond butter and flavorful mix-ins (sweet-tart dried cranberries in one, sweet chocolate chips in the other) and make a delightful healthy dessert, especially if you microwave them for 30 seconds!

If you want to make it a little more indulgent, top a microwaved snack bar with a little ice cream. It's like a cookie sundae!

For those of you who are more in the mood for a little savory snacking, Van's has you covered, too.

There are three new gluten-free whole grain crackers: Lots of Everything, Say Cheese, and Multigrain.

If you're a Cheez-it fan, you'll love the Say Cheese crackers. They're a healthier version that's still tasty enough that the kids will beg for them. My little sister loves them!

The crackers all tasty, satisfying, and feel-good food. A lighter version than their traditional counterparts, these whole grain crackers aren't greasy and won't leave you feeling weighed down.

If you aren't already a Van's fan, this year is a great time to become one.

And Van's is giving away 4 free product coupons each to TWO lucky LLE readers! You have until March 18 to enter below for your chance to win!

As always, these opinions are 100% my own. I received samples to try, but was not obligated to write a positive review (or any review whatsoever, for that matter). I write it as I taste it, no fudging here!

Have you tried any of the new Van's products?

Do you ever microwave bars?

Do you notice a difference when you eat gluten free? I'm not gluten-free, but some of my friends have gluten intolerances or Celiac's Disease. For them, eating gluten-free makes a big difference!
