Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars - a Light Night Snack!

The better half of October is behind us (today is your last day to enter my organic cheese giveaway in honor of non-GMO month!), so classes are really cranking into gear. Which means?

You guessed it.

Studying. Lots of it.

And load of lovely loooooong nights with my textbook, or watching lecture recap videos on My Harvard.

My latest favorite pick-me-up as a light night snack, when I'm just a little peckish and want something sweet (and preferably healthy) to keep me going, is Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt.

They currently come in three flavors (strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry) my favorite of which is strawberry. They're all light (70 calories and fat-free) so they don't sit heavy in your stomach late at night, but they do keep you satisfied with their 6g of protein.

And they actually are greek yogurt - the first ingredient is nonfat milk, the second is greek yogurt. And no food coloring (whoot-whoot)!

They're individually packaged and they're delightfully creamy.

They're very flavorful and thick and creamy from the greek yogurt, but you certainly wouldn't call them too sweet (but they're not not sweet enough, either - they're just right).

How's that for a healthy late night study snack? YUM!

Especially considering that (since a booking a small role in a short indie film) I've been having lots of long, late study nights after rehearsal. But it's so much fun!

What's your go-to late night snack?

What time of the day do you study the most?

Have you ever tried frozen greek yogurt?
