WIAW #54

Happy WIAW!

Since this is my first Wednesday back at school, this will be a photo-dump style WIAW. Courtesy of Instagram, here's some of what's been fueling me as I've been back-to-school shopping, packing, and figuring out classes and class schedules. Enjoy!

And if you're a US reader, don't forget to enter my Gardein Giveaway, SoYummi Vegan Pudding Giveaway, and Super Saver Siggi's Giveaway! It's your last chance to enter my Gardein Giveaway, winners are announced tomorrow!

So what good habit am I falling into? Chilling about blogging and enjoying it - even if that means snap-and-go Instagram pics instead of staged camera ones!
This post is very cereal and granola heavy.

Why?

Because I love cereal and granola, so what I eat is very cereal and granola heavy!

But you can't forget ice cream and fruit in a well-balanced diet ;)

Or nuts and seeds...

Or more ice cream...

But cereal for the win, guys. Especially when combined with fruit, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and maybe even some ice cream!

I used to prefer bread to cereal, which has changed, but I still love bread.

I made a granola moat!

Pretty brilliant, no?

Sometimes I eat cereal/granola with milk, but it's best with yogurt.

And nut butter :)

Does anyone else eat their granola-yogurt messes straight out of the 24oz tub, when there's just about a serving left?

I still like sweet beans!

But cacao nibs are a new love (above).

I wish Whole Foods weren't so expensive - everything there is so delicious (or almost everything!) but it costs an arm and a leg! Lunch + vegan lasagna to take home = $15.

While I find the Kashi granola bars a bit uninspiring now, after experiencing a lot of the awesome bars out there, I've recently tried (and loved) their Chocolate Caramel GoLean Crunch bars - my mom bought a box at Harris Teeter when they were on sale and they're really quite delicious, especially eaten with almonds!

And what eats are complete without chocolate?

Are you a bit-by-bit unpacker or do you do it all at once?

If you're a student, what class are you most excited about this semester?

What's the yummiest thing you ate this week?
