Everything I eat is from the earth AS NATURAL AS POSSIBLE aka THE EARTH DIET recipes!
My lifestyle is refined sugar free, dairy free, soy free, mostly gluten free, mostly raw vegan living whole foods... real foods FEEL GOOD! 

I eat as ORGANICALLY, LOCAL and seasonal as possible.
