Morning: Water
Breakfast: One Chocolate Mini Bar
Snack: Two eggs with Ezekiel toast cooked in coconut oil
Lunch: A cup of blueberries
Dinner: Potato bake! Organic potatoes cooked in coconut oil with onion, garlic, paprika and nutritional yeast! Will share the recipe on the website soon for the daily recipe!
Nutrients I got today: Vitamin C, B6 and potassium!
