July 17th


What I ate today:


Morning: Water

Breakfast:  I had one Almond Butter Cup - Yum!

Lunch:  Beet Juice

Drink: Lots of water!!!!!

Snack: One Chocolate Mini Bar
                   
Dinner: Prawn Masala with Lemon Rice J

Nutrients I got today: Protein, magnesium and antioxidants!

Exercise: Lots of walking in the sun and 90 minutes of yoga!

Grateful for:  Finding balance and peace!!!!
