July 20th


What I ate today:

Morning: Lemon Water



Snack:  Chocolate ice cream! Made with cashews, cacao powder, pure vanilla extract, real sea salt and honey! Absolutely divine!

Lunch:  Organicstrawberries and avocado
                   
Snack: 5 cacao beans fresh from Peru! Superfood!!!!

Snack:  The Earth Diet Guacamole

Dinner: The Earth Diet Buffalo Wings

Nutrients I got today: Antioxidants, magnesium and protein!

Exercise: Walking around the city

Affirmation: There is enough time to get done what needs to get done.
