What I ate today:
Morning: Lemon Water
Breakfast: Phresh Greens Drink!
Snack: Two Chocolate Mini Bars
Dinner: Green Juice with kale, spinach, cucumber, apple, celery and ginger! And a aloe Vera shot from Organic Avenue.
Exercise: Walking in Central Park and stretching!
Grateful for: Being able to control my own thoughts!
