Sponsored Post: For Girls Only!

This post is for girls only - no males allowed!

Why?

Because it's all about when Aunt Flo comes to visit - and like that Aunt who shows up on the day of the big sample sale and insists you stay home and chat, she doesn't always have the best timing.

Don't get me wrong, there are a ton of reasons to welcome her with open arms. Her monthly appearance means you're healthy, fertile, and a reproductively mature woman. Her absence (unless you're pregnant or menopausal) is a big red flag that your body isn't healthy.

But even though having her show up is much better than the alternative, it can still be pretty annoying.

Especially in summer.

Especially if she comes knocking just in time for that beach trip you've been saving for all summer.

The solution? Tampons.

It's not really a secret anymore, but the idea of using tampons can be scary if you've never used them before. But don't worry, as long as you don't cramp up they don't hurt!

U by Kotex is a great choice, even for those who are new to tampons, because they're a nice slim design with a smooth tip.

They're easy to put in and take out!  They're small, so you don't really feel them and you're not spending all day thinking about your period and your tampon (no bueno).

The slim size and sleek design is great for comfort and I felt well protected throughout my day on the beach - no unpleasant incidents and I was even secure enough to wear my favorite bikini! The no slip grip makes sure the placement is just right.

I thought the regular absorbency ones were great, but they also come in Super and Super Plus absorbencies for those heavy flow days.

Don't let Aunt Flo sideline you! These tampons are great and the fun colors are just the cherry on top. But don't take my word for it!

Request a FREE SAMPLE and try them out for yourself!
